Reindeer4Hope is committed to bringing joy to children during the holiday season by providing gifts to families in need. We will begin accepting applications for assistance from September 1st through November 21st.


If selected, families will be notified by November 28th. Gift deliveries will take place during the first two weeks of December.


As part of the application process, Reindeer4Hope collects essential information to determine eligibility and to help fulfill personalized gift requests for each child.


All personal information is kept strictly confidential. No identifying or private information will be shared with the public.


NOTE: IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE CHILDREN, PLEASE COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FOR EACH CHILD.

Eligibility Requirements

Submission of an application is NOT a guarantee of being added to the Reindeer4Hope program.

 

  • Eligibility is limited to residents of Bradley, Knox, Davidson, Rutherford or Williamson Counties.

  • You must have residential address for drop-off of gifts during our scheduled distribution window in December. If accepted, you will receive your assigned date and time by email and text.

  • You must show financial need to be eligible.

  • Only children aged 12 and under are eligible. Children must not turn 13 before December 31, 2025. Babies due before the end of 2025 are eligible with proof of due date from doctor.


Please do not call or email Reindeer4Hope regarding application status. It will not speed up processing.

Proof of Financial Need

  • SNAP, TennCare, SSI, HUD/Section 8, OR proof of income (paystub, employer letter, bank statement, tax return)

Proof of Age for Eligible Children

  • Birth certificate, school records, shot record, insurance card, TennCare, passport, green card, school/agency letter, or doctor due date letter (infant).
